Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone communications, as directed. Organize documents, files, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Assist with travel coordination and expense documentation when required. Prepare basic reports, summaries, and administrative documentation. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
