What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Actively participate in weekly planning meetings and team huddles to align on goals and strategies
Support onboarding and mentorship of new Associate Account Managers
Handle urgent customer-related concerns and escalation requests
Utilize Salesforce for scheduling and documenting customer interactions
Perform contractual re-signs to extend customer relationships and enhance profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Required)
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high call volume setting
Proven track record in customer retention and sales support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in the waste or transportation industry
Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience in a high call volume environment
Proactive approach to customer retention and sales
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
