Outside Sales Representative HPE sales reps obtain new customer contracts through canvassing, inspections for Hail and or Wind damage, and insurance claims. HPE sales reps are the primary contact for customers throughout their project, focusing on delivering 5-star customer service. HPE sales reps keep their job flows running smoothly by following HPE processes and values.
Canvassing and Claims
Sales reps will obtain at least 2 new contracts weekly through canvassing or knocking on at least 50 doors/day on at least 5 different days to acquire new business.
Sales reps will canvass in their assigned territory on at least 5 different days utilizing prime time slots. Prime Time is 5-7 pm/M-F and 10-2 pm/Sat.
Sales reps will have the sales script memorized and utilized during canvassing.
Sales reps will help customers start insurance claims by leading them to sign authorization agreements, start insurance claims, and meet adjusters to document damages and discuss the scope of work.
Sales reps work with professionalism: clean and neat appearance with HPE apparel and shirt tucked in, clean and clear language and communication, positive and controlled attitude, and actions that demonstrate initiative and energy.
Sales reps maintain at least weekly communication with customers and make note of all communication on their files.
Sales reps effectively communicate the scope of work with customers and HPE team members.
Sales reps exercise sound judgment and demonstrate awareness of work-related considerations in decision-making.
HPE Processes and Values
Sales reps ensure every file has correct information, photos, and documents.
Sales reps keep their calendars updated with every appointment and canvassing details.
Sales reps maintain weekly updates on their files in the HPE system.
Sales reps respond to notifications in the HPE system by 8 am the following day. And fulfill tasks by assigned deadlines.
Sales reps will submit weekly reports summarizing canvassing, collections, and pipelines by the deadline.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales and business development
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
Familiarity with account management and B2B sales processes
Proficient in using CRMs and other sales technologies
Experience in cold calling and conducting product demos
Knowledge of retail sales and sales management principles

Draw structure- $1,000/week- Commission rates at 20-25% depending on vesting.
