Enhances sales team productivity by managing, analyzing, and reporting on sales data, CRM systems, and performance metrics. Create dashboards to track KPIs like revenue, win rates, and pipeline health, providing actionable insights for strategy and forecasting. Key duties include improving data integrity, automating reports, and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard, Managing pipeline f or Sales
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards (e.g., in CRM, Tableau, Excel) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, win rates, and sales cycle length.
CRM Management:
Ensure high data quality and integrity within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and optimize system configurations.
Sales Forecasting & Planning:
Support sales leadership with forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing, Finance, and IT to align on lead generation, compensation, and technology adoption.
