What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own end-to-end project management efforts to implement strategic directives
Define project scopes, timelines, and resource estimations for enterprise-wide programs
Identify potential bottlenecks in strategy execution and recommend course corrections
Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation aligned with employer policies
Deliver and present project reports to senior leadership to provide visibility into progress and resource utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience
Proven experience managing projects in an agile environment
Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for in-person sessions
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry
Experience in innovation management or change management
Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence stakeholders across multiple business units
