Manage end-to-end logistics for 200+ breakout sessions at the Pantheon and Ignite conferences Develop and maintain a project management system to track content deliverables and speaker readiness Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation and delivery of presentations Oversee on-site execution of content tracks, ensuring smooth operations and real-time issue resolution Handle procurement processes and financial tracking for all major event vendors, including invoice reconciliation What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, focusing on operational logistics for large-scale user conferences of 5,000+ attendees Proven project management skills with experience in handling complex, multi-faceted projects Strong financial and procurement management abilities, including vendor invoice tracking Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for managing vendor and team expectations Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
