Business Development Representative (m/f/d) German speaking (C1)
40 hours / week Lead generation via phone, e‑mail, social selling (LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns in the DACH region First contact and qualification of inbound leads through structured initial conversations Identification of key pain points, relevant KPIs, and project parameters Buying center analysis: identifying relevant stakeholders, their roles, and influence Accurate CRM documentation of all activities, call outcomes, processes, and stakeholders Recording and maintaining opt‑ins for targeted marketing (newsletters, campaigns, content) Creating a complete qualification profile for handover to our Sales Managers Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales to further develop our pipeline and outreach strategies Skills & Requirements
German at business‑fluent level (C1), English at minimum B2 level, and additional languages (e.g., French or Arabic) are an advantage Initial proven experience in Sales, ideally in cold calling or outbound lead generation Understanding of processes and challenges within logistics, production, and service environments High motivation for acquisition, strong drive to build new sales opportunities, and a hunter mentality Excellent communication skills, strong persuasiveness, and a naturally curious mindset Resilience and confidence when handling rejection in early outreach Structured and reliable working style, especially in CRM documentation and process handling Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow and build a long‑term career in software sales You will work in a modern, air‑conditioned office close to the beach.
