to join the team managing full‑funnel advertising for Dolce&Gabbana Beauty across US. We are looking for an ambitious professional with a

results‑oriented mindset-

someone who doesn't just manage tasks but actively seeks to break barriers and grow. This role is central to our expansion, encompassing all media channels (TV, CTV, Social, Display, OLV, OOH) and the strategic optimization of our Retail Media Networks (RMN). You will be the architect of full‑funnel efficiency, utilizing a "test‑and‑learn" spirit to bridge business needs with disruptive media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Performance Leadership:

Partner with Global HQ to lead the end‑to‑end development, technical optimization, and performance reporting for all US and Travel Retail Paid Media campaigns.

RMN Strategic Planning:

Spearhead the coordination, optimization and budget management of Retail Media Networks, focusing on scalability and high‑value strategic projects.

Overseeing the development of RMN assets and collaborating closely with the Digital Team on this.

Full‑Funnel Optimization:

Pivot from operational oversight to

strategic ownership . Drive funnel efficiency audits and data‑led decision‑making across both Paid Media and RMN to ensure total marketing effectiveness. Few billing tasks required.

Performance Analytics Ownership:

Own the full‑cycle KPI tracking ecosystem, transforming raw data into high‑level narratives that demonstrate commercial impact and ROI.

Executive Stakeholder Management:

Formalize executive‑level presentations with data‑driven insights to provide leadership with clear visibility into success and regional benchmarks.

360° Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Ensure total brand synergy by partnering with different teams (Sales, PR, CRM, Trade etc.) to deliver unified, "true 360" campaigns.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in Media roles (Agency background highly preferred). You must possess a rare blend of high‑level strategy/planning and "in‑the‑weeds" technical buying knowledge (performance media, ideally programmatic).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Technical Expertise:

Solid understanding of the e‑commerce landscape and Retail Media (Amazon experience is a plus).

Data Literacy:

Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into clear tasks for both marketing and technical stakeholders.

Adaptability:

Proven ability to operate and thrive under tight timelines, with the agility to pivot strategies with ease in a rapidly evolving environment.

The Mindset:

A proactive, "can‑do" attitude is non‑negotiable. You must be open to challenges, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess the drive and vision to constantly elevate the brand's market position.

Organizational Excellence:

Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.

Communication:

Fluent in

English and Portuguese

(Spanish is a strong plus). Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills are essential for cross‑functional success.
