What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide end‑to‑end support for customers to ensure a positive experience aligned with the company's service delivery strategy.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and general account inquiries through both verbal and written communication.

Build consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Educate customers on self‑service options and effectively communicate account information.

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be flexible to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends.

Minimum education: Some High School Coursework.

0‑2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service role.

Ability to multitask using multiple tools and systems effectively.
