What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct inbound telesales of company services to small-to-medium business customers

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by generating sales from inbound calls

Provide consultative support to customers to identify their communication needs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Deliver exceptional customer experience and represent the company in a professional manner

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management

Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and maintain organized records

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in mobile sales or with fiber and advanced voice products

Proven track record of delivering high close ratios and revenue growth

Familiarity with the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the media and technology sector

Strong integrity and ability to adapt quickly to change

Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
