Responsibilities

Generate sales from inbound calls, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas

Promote bundled products and articulate the benefits of services to small and mid-size businesses

Manage customer relationships from initial call through to closing the sale

Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on a daily basis

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent the employer in a professional manner

Qualifications

Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Must be highly organized and adaptable to change

Basic understanding of Excel and experience with CRM pipeline management strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mobile sales or advanced voice technology

Familiarity with fiber optic services and products

Strong product knowledge and technical skills related to telecommunications

Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles effectively
