What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct inbound telesales of business services to small and medium business customers

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective follow-up and consultative selling

Utilize product knowledge to promote bundled services and articulate benefits to customers

Maintain accurate records in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Deliver best-in-class customer experiences while managing relationships from initial contact through closure

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management

Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to change

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in mobile sales or telecommunications

Knowledge of fiber and advanced voice technologies

Proven ability to manage a longer sales cycle effectively

Strong product knowledge and technical skills

Experience providing testing and feedback for new products or systems
