Conduct inbound telesales to small-to-medium business customers for Comcast services Meet and exceed sales targets by generating revenue from inbound calls Utilize product knowledge to promote bundled services and articulate benefits Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Deliver a best-in-class customer experience while managing customer relationships from initial contact to resolution Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and demonstrate strong product knowledge Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications
