Responsibilities

Deliver consistently high close ratios and revenue by generating sales from inbound calls to small and mid-size businesses

Utilize knowledge of products and services to promote bundled offerings and provide optimal solutions for customers

Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position services in the marketplace

Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to closure, ensuring a seamless experience

Provide feedback and assistance for the deployment of new products and systems within the sales channel

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management

Ability to manage longer sales cycles and demonstrate strong product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mobile sales and advanced voice services

Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and processes

High level of integrity and organizational skills

Familiarity with fiber technology and its applications in business services

Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills
