Responsibilities
Conduct inbound telesales to small and medium business customers, promoting Comcast services
Meet and exceed sales targets by generating sales through inbound calls and follow-up
Utilize product knowledge to offer bundled solutions that meet customer needs
Keep CRM software updated and manage customer relationships through the sales cycle
Provide feedback on new products and represent Business Services professionally to clients
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and maintain organization
Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mobile sales or with fiber and advanced voice products
Strong product knowledge and technical skills in telecommunications
Proven ability to deliver high close ratios and manage multiple product solutions
