What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct inbound telesales to Small-to-Medium business customers, generating sales from inbound calls
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by promoting bundled Business Services products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Provide a best-in-class customer experience while managing customer relationships from initial call to close
Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management
Highly organized with the ability to manage longer sales cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in mobile sales and familiarity with fiber and advanced voice technology
Proven track record of delivering high close ratios and revenue generation
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Strong product knowledge and technical skills related to telecommunications
