What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct inbound telesales for Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers

Meet and exceed sales targets by generating sales from inbound calls and following up with potential customers

Promote bundled products using knowledge of the latest offerings and articulate their benefits

Manage customer relationships from the initial call through to resolution or escalation

Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software on a daily basis

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management

Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and demonstrate product knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in mobile sales or with fiber and advanced voice services

Familiarity with consultative sales processes and customer relationship management

Strong product knowledge and technical skills in telecommunications
