What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Retain business customers by managing accounts and driving sales through solution-based selling over the phone
Make outbound calls to meet sales quota metrics and prepare required sales documentation
Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular contact and problem resolution
Document conversations and client information accurately in the management system
Support efforts to minimize customer downgrades or cancellations of services
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance
Proficiency in using digital tools and technology

Experience in a sales role within the telecommunications industry
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
Knowledge of Comcast Business products and services
