What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Retain business customers by enhancing accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone
Make outbound calls to meet sales quota metrics and drive revenue growth
Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required
Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular contact
Accurately document interactions and contact information in the client management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales role within the telecommunications or technology sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with digital tools and experiences related to technology products
Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills
