What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work in a monitored environment and maintain consistent attendance

Proficiency in adapting to new technologies and maintaining professional integrity
