What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve individual and team KPIs

Design and refine lead qualification criteria and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on lead quality and pipeline management

Track and analyze SDR performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline SDR workflows through automation and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in sales development or a similar role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team

Excellent analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and reporting

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools

Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment

Familiarity with lead generation and qualification processes

Background in elevator and escalator industry or related fields

Advanced skills in data analysis and performance forecasting

Previous experience in a cross-functional team environment
