Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet established criteria for sales representatives
Conduct timely outreach to new leads and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion processes
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track personal KPIs
Provide feedback on lead trends, objections, and market insights for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer engagement, or related roles
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in lead management processes and sales pipelines
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism
