What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet established criteria before routing them to the appropriate sales representative
Conduct timely outreach to new leads and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations
Partner closely with Sales to ensure qualified leads progress effectively into opportunities
Track and report on personal KPIs, pipeline contribution, and follow-up activity
Provide ongoing feedback on lead trends and market insights to inform strategic improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer engagement, or related roles
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Familiarity with lead management processes and sales pipelines
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism
