What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet established criteria for sales representatives

Conduct timely outreach to new leads and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation processes and campaign performance

Track and report on personal KPIs, pipeline contributions, and follow-up activities

Provide ongoing feedback on lead trends and market insights to inform strategic improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered

1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer engagement, or related roles

Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
