Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and costs. Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop comprehensive project budgets. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions. Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project documentation. Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. New York experience is a MUST $100 Million projects is a MUST Experience in construction cost estimation within the Property industry. Strong proficiency in construction estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. What's on Offer
