Key Responsibilities • Documentation Creation: Develop and improve work instructions, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and job aids. • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and operations gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation. • Research: Investigate and analyze technical information from various sources to create comprehensive documentation that meets user needs. • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guidelines. • Basic Project Management: Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in English, communication, technical writing, engineering, or science fields, (preferred) • 3+ years of technical writing experience (Required) • US Citizen (Required) • Manufacturing environment experience (preferred ) • Proficient with MS Office (Required)
