Serve as a primary contact for client travel needs
Assist with planning and coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide personalized recommendations aligned with client requirements and budgets
Manage reservations, confirmations, travel updates and adjustments
Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction
Accurately document client information and booking details
Monitor travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates
Encourage repeat and referral business through relationship‑building
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Customer service, account support experience preferred
Detail‑oriented with strong time management abilities
Comfortable navigating multiple digital systems and platforms
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Must be 18+ years old
Must reside in an eligible hiring region
Compensation & Structure
