The

Telesales Consultant

is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone-based communication, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer-focused approach in a fully remote work environment. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Meet or exceed individual sales targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems Follow approved sales scripts and adapt communication strategies to customer needs Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and repeat business Handle objections professionally and negotiate solutions to close sales Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve lead conversion Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and market trends Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred 2–4 years of experience

in telesales, inside sales, or call center sales environments Proven ability to meet sales goals and performance targets Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and remain motivated in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments Knowledge of sales pipelines, lead generation, and closing strategies Experience with remote sales tools and virtual communication platforms Multilingual skills are a plus Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range:
