
Job description:
- Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
- May provide general support for a team or partner with an escrow officer.
- Primarily focus on residential transactions.
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
- Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
- Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
