# Program Director- EL HogarBronx, NY 10458Education LevelGraduate Degree**Comunilife Inc**. is looking for an experienced **Program Director** for its new B**ronx program, El Hogar.** The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration and daily operations of the El Hogar program, a 24/7 supportive housing program providing permanent housing and on site supportive services; the management and the quantity and quality of services offered to clients; adherence to budgets and contract deliverables; oversight of outcome measurements and metrics; relationships with other providers and with government, and other funders; collaborating with Human Resources on employee hiring, discipline, evaluation, training, development, and supervision. ## QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirement(s):* Graduate degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Health Administration, Business Administration, or any related field* At least three (3) years of post-graduate, direct social service experience, as well as three to five or more years of experience in the administration and management of operating congregate residential programs* Direct experience serving frail elderly, chronically ill, or MRT-eligible populations strongly preferred.* Knowledge and hands-on experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons with substance abuse, serious mental illness, and homelessness* Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and Google product suites* Ability to perform and manage in a team approach; excellent interpersonal skills* Ability to handle complex challenges and balance multiple demands on time* Ability and willingness to perform all duties as workload necessitatesComunilife provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
