The District Sales Manager (DSM) will meet or exceed the overall sales budgets within an assigned territory. Continually develop new end-user contacts within defined end user segments. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent sales experience\nMinimum 3 years selling experience\nCurrent or past experience with an abrasives manufacturer a plus but not required\nExhibits a winning, can-do attitude no matter the circumstances\nAbility to effectively engage and sell in a virtual environment\nExcellent presentation skills in dynamic environments, including at end user manufacturing sites and distributor branches.\nTrack record of success selling value add solutions and solving problems in a competitive, high-pressure environment\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal\nStrong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and follow through\nExcellent customer service skills, ability to lead and collaborate within a team\nAbility to proactively negotiate complex matters with business partners\nExcellent problem-solving skills, can think creatively to turn challenges into opportunities\nExcellent analytical and listening skills\nMicrosoft Office 365 Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Power BI\nWorking Conditions And Physical Requirements
