Support portfolio acquisition strategy across target identification, screening, and prioritization Analyze potential acquisition opportunities using financial models, valuation frameworks, and strategic fit assessments Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, portfolio impact analysis) Conduct industry, sector, and competitive research to inform acquisition decisions Assist in commercial, financial, and operational due diligence processes Prepare acquisition memos, portfolio review materials, and investment committee presentations Coordinate transaction workflows, including data rooms, advisors, and internal stakeholders Collaborate with senior investment professionals on portfolio optimization and capital deployment strategy Desired Qualifications
