Description
Oversee and manage a portfolio of affordable housing properties, ensuring optimal operations and performance, heavily involved in site selection, predevelopment, construction through to asset management, working closely with the C-Suite team to drive a growing portfolio from Illinois to NY to DC.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and budgets for assigned properties.
Work closely with maintenance teams to address and resolve property issues promptly.
Coordinate property leasing, renewals, and tenant communications effectively.
Travel as required to visit various properties and meet with stakeholders.
