Description
Manage a portfolio of affordable housing assets to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Monitor asset performance and implement strategies to enhance financial and operational outcomes.
Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve performance.
Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and community partners.
Prepare and present detailed reports on asset performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting affordable housing properties.
