Description
Manage and optimize the performance of a diverse portfolio of high design affordable housing properties.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize revenue and value.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for property improvements and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Asset Manager should have:
Affordable housing experience is essential to this role, coming from a developer, bank, syndicator, property manager or non-profit organization.
A solid understanding of the property industry, including asset management and real estate principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and create detailed reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency with property management software and financial modeling tools.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
