Description
Work with the CFO and acquisitions team on the full development life cycle.
Oversee the management and performance of a diverse property portfolio.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset value and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and property management standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve portfolio objectives.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for portfolio assets.
Lead initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion in the property industry.
Provide strategic input on market trends and property development opportunities.

Profile
A successful Director - Portfolio Management should have:
Full development lifecycle experience focused in LIHTC and Section 8 affordable housing.
A strong background in the property industry with expertise in portfolio management.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic asset management plans.
Knowledge of relevant property management regulations and best practices.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and reporting.
Job Offer
A competitive salary range of $165,000 to $205,000 USD.
