Description Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior buildouts, ensuring smooth coordination and a polished final product. Manage subcontractors, site safety, logistics, scheduling, and daily workflow with confidence and clarity. Maintain exceptional quality standards-especially on finish details, MEP coordination, and fast-track interiors. Troubleshoot issues on site, keep projects on schedule, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager. Serve as a positive, professional presence with clients, designers, and field teams.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent managing commercial or corporate interior projects in NYC. Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, detailed finishes, and fast-paced site coordination. A natural leader who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering beautiful spaces. Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to guide multiple trades toward a shared vision.
