Position Purpose:
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will deliver exceptional service by proactively assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions. You'll acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and utilize our tools to effectively guide customers through their projects. Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers to identify their needs and provide tailored assistance. Educate yourself on products and services to enhance your selling capabilities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment in assigned areas. Collaborate with the Department Supervisor and team members across departments to ensure excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Complete required safety training and adhere to safety policies and standards to create a secure environment for everyone. Positions may include roles in various store departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
