What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center

Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory

Clean and inspect equipment and ensure proper fluid levels

Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns

Participate in continuous education and training programs

What is Required (Qualifications)

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs

Willingness to adhere to safety precautions and use protective gear when necessary

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment

Familiarity with moving equipment and logistics

Basic mechanical skills or experience with vehicle maintenance

Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided by the employer)

Interest in ongoing professional development and learning
