sector-specific market research , competitive analysis, and industry deep dives Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including
deal screening and valuation analysis Prepare
investment memoranda, IC materials, and portfolio review presentations Assist with
commercial, financial, and operational due diligence Monitor portfolio companies and support
value creation initiatives Collaborate closely with Partners, Principals, and operating teams across the investment lifecycle Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Strong interest in
private equity and sector-focused investing Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, particularly
LBO analysis Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Prior internship or experience in
investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
is strongly preferred Proficiency in
