
We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to directly own and grow lead generation at Garfield 1-2323. You’ll drive growth across paid advertising, email, and SMS marketing, using data to identify the highest-impact opportunities and scale what works.

Paid Acquisition
Own paid performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels as identified.
Drive efficiency across CAC, ROAS, CPM, and LTV
Create new ad assets as needed
Allocate and optimize spend to maximize revenue and profitability
Total Site Revenue & Affiliate Growth
Partner with sales team to optimize sales funnel and lead performance
Monitor revenue performance, identify trends, and scale what’s working
Email & SMS Marketing
Own email strategy focused on converting existing website leads
Own SMS strategy focused on increasing lead retention
Improve signup conversion and lifecycle performance through segmentation and testing
Workflow Automation
Use Zapier to automate lead generation and marketing across Mailchimp and Acculynx accounts
Identify and implement new SMS and email customer journeys through Mailchimp
How Success Is Measured
Growth in company revenue driven by paid and organic channels
Improved paid efficiency (CAC, ROAS, CPM)
What We’re Looking For
2-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing for construction or high price-point service companies
Proven experience owning revenue outcomes, not just channel execution
Hands‑on experience with:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Mailchimp
Strong background in paid acquisition, SEO, and lead generation
Highly analytical and self‑directed
Critical thinker who can keep spend optimization as a top priority
Compensation
$30-50/hour up to 10 hours a week
Compensation commensurate with experience
