Responsibilities
Write clear, compelling, and on-brand email campaigns for clients Draft promotional emails, newsletters, announcements, and automated sequences Work directly within client email marketing tools to create and format campaigns Ensure emails align with client voice, brand guidelines, and marketing goals Follow deadlines and content calendars Proofread and edit emails before scheduling or submission Requirements
Strong written communication skills Basic understanding of email marketing strategy and best practices Experience using a CRM or email marketing platform such as Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools Ability to adapt writing tone to different brands and industries Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills Organized and able to meet deadlines Preferred
Basic knowledge of email analytics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) Familiarity with marketing automation workflows Benefits
