Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and partner channels. Collaborate with internal creative, communications, PR, and digital teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality marketing assets. Support partner and alliance marketing activities with third-party vendors and technology partners. Work with business unit leaders to understand priorities, target audiences, and key value propositions. Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end. Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives using marketing automation tools. Support basic A/B testing of email, landing page, or ad variations to improve engagement and conversion performance. Conduct basic market and competitive research to inform personas, buyer journey alignment, and campaign strategy. Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, professional services, or technology. Strong writing, editing, and content development capabilities. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics 365) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through. Creative thinker willing to bring new ideas to the table. Preferred

Experience supporting multiple business units or managing competing priorities. Knowledge of integrated marketing campaign planning and execution. Familiarity with SEO, paid digital channels, or social media strategy. Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced corporate environment. Benefits
