What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices regarding patient pharmacy benefits

Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues effectively

Maintain composure and professionalism in escalated situations

Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities

Ensure 100% attendance during training sessions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of work-at-home experience

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with a professional and articulate voice

Ability to multi-task across several computer applications while engaging with customers

Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities

High School Diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

At least 1 year of call center experience preferred

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal assistance

Computer savvy with the ability to resolve minor technical issues

Enjoy working in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic environment while maintaining professionalism

Familiarity with high-speed internet requirements for remote work
