Requirements Management Lead

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field and ten (10) years of direct experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects OR High school diploma and fifteen (15) years of combined experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects.

Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in a role such as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity.

Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams.

Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirement to Agile Springs for IT systems.

Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.

Job Description
The Contractor shall provide a Requirements Management Lead to elicit, document, validate, verify, track and ensure traceability of the contract and compliance capability requirements for the Sponsor and its mission partners, and work with development teams to ensure requirements are integrated into development lifecycles.

Desired skills

Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT project management, system engineering, software engineering, software development.

Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views.

Agile methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning.

Experience supporting technical IT development teams in IC.

Experience with successful execution of process improvement.

Ten (10) years of experience working in IC.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $170,900 – $301,415. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $196,600 – $340,745.
