Requirements Management Lead

Description

The Contractor shall provide a Requirements Management Lead to elicit, document, validate, verify, track and ensure traceability of the contract and compliance capability requirements for the Sponsor and its mission partners, and work with development teams to ensure requirements are integrated into development lifecycles.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field and ten (10) years of direct experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects OR Highschool diploma and fifteen (15) years of combined experience in requirement management for technical IT solutions projects
Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in a role such as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity
Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams
Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirement to Agile Springs for IT systems
Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
Desired Skills

Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT project management, system engineering, software engineering, software development
Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views
Agile methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning
Experience supporting technical IT development teams in IC
Experience with successful execution of process improvement
Ten (10) years of experience working in IC
