The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for driving campus occupancy through strategic referral development and guiding prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in. This role combines external business development with relationship-based sales in a mission-driven senior living community.

Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
Generate leads and increase campus census through outreach and networking
Manage all inquiries and convert leads to tours and move-ins
Conduct personalized tours and support families throughout the decision process
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with campus teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Five or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or occupancy goals
Senior living or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
