The Company is seeking an Interim Director for Women's Services to provide essential leadership and oversight of the department's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple units, including Labor & Delivery and Postpartum, and will be deeply involved in a wide range of patient care activities. Key focus areas for the role include driving departmental initiatives related to patient experience, satisfaction scores, mentorship, employee engagement, compliance, quality assurance, and staffing. The Interim Director will also be tasked with fostering a positive work environment, emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
Applicants for the Interim Director position must have a BSN, with a master's degree strongly preferred, and an active RN license. A minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required.
