
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will partner with the Production Support team to define, implement, and promote best practices that enhance quality engineering solutions aligned with ministry needs. This role collaborates with scrum teams to deliver sustainable product quality throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of user administration including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
• Execute Salesforce configuration changes including Workflow, Process Builder, Lightning Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, custom settings, and custom metadata
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions with strong user experience focus
• Manage and resolve user support tickets
• Maintain technical documentation
• Support and manage integrated applications such as Formstack, Webmerge, and Formstack Sign
• Conduct regular system audits, support security initiatives, and prepare for quarterly Salesforce releases
• Continuously improve the Salesforce platform by gathering feedback, designing scalable solutions, and managing roadmap priorities
• Support and model the organization's Christian mission and values
• Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Abilities • Enjoys user management, support, training, and solution design with user satisfaction as a priority • Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform • Ability to assess current configurations and business objectives to identify improvement opportunities • Comfortable with governance, change management, and prioritizing Salesforce initiatives • Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in an operational environment • Understanding of software development lifecycle processes • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • Organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIP
Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) required • Experience in healthcare or financial services preferred
