
Senior Account Manager (Bentonville)

The Senior Account Manager will help lead and manage the Walmart brick-and-mortar and eComm business working in conjunction with Walmart's Omni Merchant team and our internal Walmart planning, replenishment and cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for strategically planning a forward-looking business to drive explosive growth, excellent service, communication and fulfillment for our omni business. This role will be equally focused on developing marketing ideas and operational efficiencies to maximize sales and profit.
Responsibilities: Develop business plans identifying strategies to drive growth, maximize sales and improve profit for entire Walmart Omni business. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with Walmart merchant teams. Manage market calendars and present lines while communicating pricing, coordinating samples, orders, shipping timelines and digital go-live dates. Partner with planning on annual forecast plans (including style level) to support the omni business, gross revenue budgets, category goals and report results monthly. Leverage selling data and insights to make the best assortment and merchandising decisions for items sold in stores and featured online. Provide strategic and proactive recommendations on stock management, markdowns and movements to maximize sales, margins and minimize excess stock. Collaborate on ad hoc analysis to help drive the business forward and address any gaps or opportunities as they arise. Advocate for marketing spend with our third-party resources, ensuring spend is driving sales and product relevancy online and in stores. Collaborate with internal/external partners on the development and execution of marketing plans that generate consumer awareness and more online clicks. Oversee and direct the online content and photography to ensure the searches for our programs are featured on top of the dot.com site. Shop market for trend inspiration, competitor price points and new to market items. Maintain showroom organization and prepare showroom for meetings with accounts. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in all departments, including marketing, production, replenishment, and design. Lead, develop and create a growth vision for your team and its associates.
Qualifications: BA or BS in related field 8+ years of experience in related industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of experience and proficiency in Excel Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong business acumen Walmart Experience a must SAP and Retail Link/Scintilla a plus Flexible to be on-site in NYC on a monthly basis
Annual salary starting at $120,000.
